I’ve tried a few CBD oils to help with anxiety and sleep. After taking this one for about three months, it became a “go-to” for managing my anxiety. I discovered it after doing a search of CBD products cultivated by women of color (their founder and CEO, Katelynn Nguyen, identifies as AAPI) and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. Compared to some of the other oils I’ve tried over the past couple of years, this one is among the best. It’s clean and light in both color and taste, with a hint of citrus flavor.
