After using Mia Vita™ (formerly, Satisfaite™) for about a month, there was a noticeable difference in the amount of vaginal dryness and soreness I was experiencing. After about two weeks, I noticed that my vagina was feeling less sore and tender and a lot more lubricated. To start, I used one pre-filled applicator each night for five consecutive nights, then went to every two-to-three nights. I did not use it while I was on my period – which lasted about six nights; this was due to personal preference.

They recommend that for the first month, you use one pre-filled applicator every day for 20-28 days in row, then go to one applicator every three days. Unless, you’re on the subscription plan, it’s pretty expensive for the first month at $70 for 10 pre-filled applicators. While there may be other, less expensive vaginal moisturizers on the market, you do get what you pay for…

Mia Vita™ has been cleared by the FDA, which means it’s been scientifically evaluated by one of the most discerning government regulating bodies in the US. Made “for women, by women”,  it’s been thoughtfully formulated so it isn’t sticky, greasy, or oily and it won’t stain your clothes. And because it’s a thick gel (vs. thin and runny) it’s well-absorbed and not prone to leakage.

At $49, it does become more affordable after the first month when you subscribe to receive it once a month  (which I’ve done since having a positive experience with the product).
