I’ve been taking this product for about a year and had never taken a liquid vitamin before trying this one. I came across it as I was looking for natural supplements that would help me have a more restful sleep. It comes in three flavors, Coconut Dream, Pineapple Dream and Cranberry Dream. I’ve tried both the Coconut Dream and Pineapple Dream, and Pineapple is my preferred flavor, hands down. The Coconut isn’t terrible, but it’s much sweeter (almost saccharine-like in taste) while the Pineapple has a milder taste and is actually pretty yummy. The texture is pretty thick, so if you have a problem with thick liquids then this may be challenging for you to incorporate into your daily routine.
Another downside for me is that once it’s been opened, it MUST be refrigerated. This has proven problematic on the evenings I’ve gone up to bed before taking my daily dose, as it’s often (a failed) effort for me to go back downstairs and take it once I’ve settled in. While the Coconut options is available in smaller, single serving sizes designed to travel, the Pineapple and Cranberry are not (as it must be refrigerated once opened). So if overnight travel is a big part of your lifestyle (which was my reality pre-pandemic), you’re limited to the coconut option.
Cons aside, when I do take it about an hour or so before bedtime, I definitely have a more restful sleep. Specifically, there’s less tossing and turning and I wake up feeling rested. It’s also safe for both adults and children and comes with clear usage guidelines so the whole family can benefit.
