I recently tried the Charlotte’s Web raspberry gummies (with Melatonin) for sleep and was pleasantly surprised at how effective they were! I have been looking for a natural solution to my “sleep issues” for a few months now. As a post-menopausal woman, I am determined to end my years of (semi) dependence on prescription meds for sleep, so I was happy to try Charlotte’s Web. A couple of things worth noting:

• I didn’t change my regular habits—I prepared for bed as I normally do, with the expectation of 6 – 7 hours of sleep for the night.

• I took 2 gummies about 20 – 30 min before LIGHTS OUT (as recommended)

I drifted off easily in what was probably 20 min or less. I was up with couple of bathroom trips throughout the night (as is normal for me) – but each time was able to drift right back to sleep.

When I woke to the alarm 6 ½ hours later, I felt well-rested. I remembered dreaming, which is a pleasant effect I get from melatonin, but there was no grogginess or “sleepy-medicine head,” which was a welcome change from other things I’ve tried.

I really liked this product – and hope it will continue to be effective for me.

  1. I tried the Charlotte’s Webb “Hemp Extract-Infused Gummies” for Sleep, for the last 7 days.
    The raspberry flavor was tasty. The recommended dosage is two gummies 30 min before bed.
    • I started on Sunday; I took the gummies at 10:00 (planning on ‘lights out’ at 10:30 PM). I started feeling drowsy at about 10:20. I was asleep within minutes. I woke up at my regular time (around 6:30 AM) feeling rested and remembering vivid dreams!
    • Monday: Took two gummies at 10:40. Tossed and turned for about an hour and finally got to sleep after midnight. I had a stressful day on Monday so I’m not sure if the gummies even worked.
    • Tuesday: woke up this morning not feeling very rested, and somewhat doubtful about the effectiveness of the gummies. Nevertheless, I got back on track Tuesday night—I took the gummies at 10:00. I was asleep by 10:30 and again had vivid colorful dreams.
    • Wednesday: this morning I woke up feeling good and like I had a peaceful night. I took the gummies a little after 10:00 and went straight to sleep. Woke up smiling and feeling ready to tackle my day! I felt rested and energized.
    • Thursday: I went to bed late on Thursday night (a night out with friends, hanging out and drinking) I was lucky I remembered to take the gummies! I ate them about midnight and went to sleep. I was pretty tired, So I did not feel the drowsy feeling at all. I just remember laying down, eating the gummies and going to sleep. I woke up Friday morning feeling fine…no hangover. No tiredness. Just the feeling of a good night’s sleep.
    • Friday: Took the gummies at 10:30 and again was asleep by 11:00. A good night!
    • Saturday: My last night testing the gummies. I took the gummies at about 11:00 and was asleep before midnight. I woke up remembering good dreams and feeling rested.

    I have had trouble sleeping for the last 2-3 years. The Charlotte’s Webb “Hemp Extract-Infused Gummies” for Sleep helped regulate my sleep and during the 7 day, trial worked every day except one. I found my nights restful and filled with dreams. I wish my health insurance covered the cost… I like the gummies much better than prescription sleep aids.
